PCEMS management has been involved in leading motorsport Teams and Series for over 30 years and has been head-hunting pipelines of the best engineers with the necessary characteristics to win in tough and pressured environments successfully for many years.

The speed of technology change and the high level of investment by OEMS in leading edge motorsports nowadays puts the ‘people criteria’ for achieving race-winning results at very high levels. It is incredibly difficult to gain experience at the highest levels of motorsport with so few race and performance engineering roles available. Plus, engineers must be technically strong, excellent communicators, good scientific reporters and motivated to push themselves to achieve the necessary levels to win if they are to be a success in these very rare careers paths.

If an engineer also possesses the aforementioned attributes and has experience of new or novel technologies or can demonstrate an understanding of the driver’s approach that not all can see, then they can become strong contributors to Teams achieving outstanding results.
